Painting from instinct.
I prefer the word “instinct” opposed to “intuition”. Instinct incorporates complex constellations such as culture, sex, environment, taste and interests.
This is a semiotic game. Almost to the point of illegibility.
-a string of lights being rejected by an umbrella. In other paintings you see blond hair lying around or communicating with the clouds.
Hair is a spineless, weak and lazy body part. You want to domesticate it and organize it. You cut it and gather it in to pony tails to abstract and attract,
I know the ancient Egyptians applied blue pigments on their eye lids to be able to communicate with the sky and the stars.
